Taylor Landis
Taylor is a Special Education Teacher with 10 years of experience and is one of the friendly faces behind our social opportunities at The Therapy Garden!
At TTG, Taylor leads our Holmdel Coffee Meetups and helps lead other social groups and events. She loves creating opportunities for individuals to get out into the community, meet new people, practice independence, and, most importantly, have fun together!
Taylor brings a person-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach to everything she does. She believes in presuming competence, honoring each person’s communication and support needs, and giving individuals the space to make choices, build confidence, and be themselves.
Whether she’s helping someone order their favorite drink at the café, getting a conversation started between friends, or joining in on one of our social adventures, Taylor brings years of experience, patience, encouragement, and plenty of fun along with her.
With Taylor, there’s always room at the table and probably a coffee involved! ☕

Luisa Rinaudo
Luisa Rinaudo, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist and the owner and director of The Therapy Garden. She founded The Therapy Garden with the goal of creating a welcoming, neurodiversity-affirming space where individuals of all ages and abilities feel respected, supported, and genuinely valued.
Luisa is passionate about working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a special focus on communication, AAC, self-advocacy, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and rooted in presuming competence. She believes therapy should support the whole person—not simply focus on compliance or checking off goals.
Her passion for this work is deeply influenced by her personal and professional experiences, including growing up alongside her brother, Sal, who has Down syndrome and uses alternative forms of communication.
Beyond speech therapy, Luisa is passionate about creating opportunities for connection, independence, and belonging. Through The Therapy Garden, she has developed social groups, community-based programs, classes, and events that give adults with disabilities opportunities to build friendships, explore their interests, and be active members of their communities.
Luisa’s goal is simple: to meet each person where they are, honor the way they communicate and experience the world, and help them build skills that are meaningful to their life.

Noelle Vizzone
Noelle is one of the familiar faces that makes The Therapy Garden feel like The Therapy Garden! She is a special education teacher, art instructor, and an incredibly important part of the TTG team.
At TTG, you can find Noelle teaching our art classes, helping lead social groups and events, and coming up with creative ways to help everyone participate, connect, and have fun. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and welcomed while still encouraging independence, communication, and trying new things.
Noelle loves getting to know each person for exactly who they are: their interests, personalities, strengths, and yes, all of their favorite things! She believes that learning and growth don’t always have to happen sitting at a table. Sometimes they happen while painting, laughing with friends, trying something new, or just having a really great conversation.
She brings patience, creativity, humor, and a whole lot of heart to TTG, and we truly wouldn’t be the same without her!
